We charge a flat $85 service fee for diagnosis. If you approve the repair, this fee is applied to the total cost.
It does go towards the labor fee, In most cases we can let you know labor fees before the appointment takes place or the servicing technician can let you know onsite what the labor and part fees are if needed.
Each repair is different, so repair timing can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. You can discuss this with your technician to get his thoughts by replying to the appointment confirmation text you receive once you booked the appointment.
We offer a warranty on parts and labor ranging from 90 days to 1 year, depending on the part and manufacturer.
